Based in Black Mountain, NC, we are the regions only portable wood-fired pizza oven. We come to you! Featuring many hand-made fresh local organic ingredients and THE BEST WOOD-FIRED PIZZA YOU'VE EVER TASTED! Our dough is made with 100% organic flour and lots of love. All of our food is baked in a 900 degree wood fired pizza oven whose fiery flames are kindled with seasoned hickory and apple wood. You can find us at local hot-spots or we can cater your event!
